Experience: 5–8 Years | Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage complete Stores & Inventory operations, including material receipt, storage, issue, and stock control.
- Handle SAP MM transactions including GRN, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, and material returns.
- Maintain accurate SAP and physical stock, conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor FIFO, material traceability, bin management, and preservation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, and Accounts for material requirements and shortages.
- Handle Store manpower, including allocation, shift planning, supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain records and procedures as per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Support IATF, internal, customer, and surveillance audits and assist in closure of audit findings.
- Ensure proper segregation of OK, rejected, hold, and non-conforming materials.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess,



and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure 5S, safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement in Stores.
- Prepare inventory and SAP reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills :

- Robust SAP MM & Inventory Management knowledge.
- Experience in manpower handling and team supervision.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, FIFO, 5S, and traceability.
- Good Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Automotive/CNC/VMC/HMC manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
