Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Stibo Systems STEP / MDM Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in the Stibo Systems STEP platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in STEP configuration, workflows, business rules, data modeling, integrations, and enterprise MDM/PIM implementations.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, taking technical ownership, and collaborating directly with customer stakeholders and distributed technical teams.

Key Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on development experience with Stibo Systems STEP / STEP MDM.
- Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with:
- STEP configuration
- Data modeling
- Workflows
- Business rules
- Integrations
- Experience working with APIs, Web Services, XML, JSON, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC) and take end-to-end technical ownership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customer stakeholders and distributed technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain solutions on the Stibo Systems STEP platform.




- Design and implement STEP configurations, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between STEP and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable STEP solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Participate in:
- Solution discussions
- Technical design
- Estimation
- Testing
- Deployment activities
- Work directly with customer technical teams and business stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Good to Have / Added Advantage
- Stibo STEP Certification.
- Experience with complex enterprise STEP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Experience integrating STEP with:
- ERP systems
- eCommerce platforms
- DAM systems
- Other enterprise applications
- Previous experience in customer-facing consulting or delivery roles.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Stibo STEP/STEP MDM, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to independently manage technical deliverables while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
