Role description

We are looking for a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and operate secure, highly available, and resilient production platforms on AWS. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, observability, scripting, and production incident management. The engineer will lead DevOps design and implementation, establish engineering standards, support critical production environments, and mentor team members. Strong experience designing multi-Availability Zone and disaster-recovery architectures is essential. 13+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or production operations.

Solid hands-on experience architecting and managing AWS environments.

Proven experience designing high-availability, multi-Availability Zone, and disaster-recovery solutions.

Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, ALB, NLB, EFS, IAM,



Lambda, SES, and CloudWatch.

Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins and Git or Bitbucket.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with ELK Stack, Filebeat, Grafana, and cloud monitoring.

Strong Linux administration experience across Ubuntu or RHEL.

Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.

Experience configuring and supporting Nginx and Apache Tomcat.

Strong production troubleshooting, debugging, incident-management, and root-cause-analysis skills.

Experience supporting business-critical production systems within defined SLAs.

Proven ability to guide engineers and lead complex DevOps initiatives.
