- - End to end ServiceNow ACC design architecture implementation integrations and deployment experience in multiple engagements
- Develop deployment standards for Windows macOS POS and VDI environments
- Troubleshoot agent registration connectivity heartbeat and data collection issues
- Drive technical workshops and mentor implementation teams
- Should participate in all scrum ceremonies and participate in client meetings
