The Adroit is hiring an experienced and career-focused Senior Software Testing Engineer (Automation) in Navi Mumbai to strengthen our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation testing, manual testing, performance testing, and API testing, with hands-on experience using automation tools such as Selenium and SpecFlow.

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in the software development lifecycle by ensuring high-quality product releases. You will conduct automated and manual testing, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Work Profile:

- Perform manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for web and API testing using tools such as Selenium and SpecFlow.
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test scripts for functional, regression, performance, stress, and scalability testing.
- Create risk-based testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities, improve test coverage, and ensure application stability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project support teams for defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Execute test cases across multiple environments including web, mobile, and cross-browser platforms.
- Identify business requirements,



analyze system specifications, and design effective testing strategies accordingly.
- Write detailed bug reports, maintain test documentation, and record test execution results accurately.
- Review technical documentation, functional requirements, and user stories to ensure complete test coverage.
- Monitor software quality standards and ensure applications meet predefined acceptance criteria before deployment.
- Participate in release planning, regression testing cycles, and deployment validation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues while ensuring timely delivery of QA activities.
- Present testing findings, quality reports, and risk assessments to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide objective feedback and improvement recommendations to development and business teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, testing processes, and best practices.
- Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously while meeting departmental timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, SpecFlow, and API Automation.
- Proven experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Valuable understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
