Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- User Research &
- Analysis: Frame problems, conduct user research, analyse behaviour, and create personas and user interface journey maps to guide design decisions and trade offs.

Interface Design: Design UI interactive features and elements such as icons, menus, panels, controls, and widgets, gestures, ensuring visual consistency and usability across products and services

- Prototyping &

- Wireframing: Develop storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience

- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, system engineers, product managers, field and after-sales engineers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Design

Systems &

- Standards: Create, update, maintain and apply design language (color, typography, icons) and design systems for the products, adhere to corporate design guidelines, design coherency, machine standards, and responsive design.

- Documentation &

- Presentation: Prepare user interface research reports, design artifacts,



and presentations for internal teams and executives Drive proof-of-concepts through full production deployment while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.

Must Have Skills:

- Technical understanding and systems thinking with robust collaboration skills to create consistent and intuitive user experience and user interface design across product families for industrial use.

- Strong understanding of usability principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar

- Ability to analyze user data, make trade-offs and translate insights into actionable design solutions • Ability to analyze technical data (software, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, ) to propose solutions for technical operations (configuration, maintenance, ) for different technologies (laser, ink jet, )

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design) and research repositories.
