Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (SSE) - QA Automation

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: Total 5+ years, Relevant 4+ years

Salary Budget: Up to 17 LPA

Communication Skills: Must be excellent

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured to ensure product quality.

- Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.

- Implement BDD (Behavior Driven Development) framework using Cucumber for testing automation to align with user stories.

- Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured, ensuring that APIs function as expected in various scenarios.

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites to ensure continuous improvement of software quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing test scripts as necessary to accommodate system changes or enhancements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and contribute to all phases of software development and testing.

- Participate in code reviews,



ensuring automation scripts meet best practices and coding standards.

- Manage test environments, data, and defects across multiple platforms and releases.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of total experience in QA Automation, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in automation testing.

- Strong expertise in Java and Selenium for automation development.

- Experience with BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven test automation.

- Proficiency in API automation using Rest Assured.

- Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and source control tools like Git.

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
