We are looking for a highly driven Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance SaaS products used by growing businesses globally. This role requires someone who can think beyond coding — an engineer who understands architecture, product thinking, performance, scalability, and execution speed.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and develop systems that are secure, resilient, and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and backend systems
- Build high-quality, reusable, and efficient code across the product stack
- Drive architectural decisions for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability




- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
- Continuously evaluate and introduce modern technologies, frameworks, and development practices

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS product companies
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or C#
- Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced product environments with ownership and accountability
