We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands‑on expertise in NowAssist (AI‑powered automation) . The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience , with strong knowledge of scripting, integrations, and AI‑driven workflows.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow NowAssist solutions to enhance automation and productivity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub .
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
- Implement AI‑driven features to optimize user experience and reduce manual effort.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for NowAssist implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, AI features, and best practices.





?️ Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience .
- Minimum 1 year hands‑on with NowAssist / AI modules .
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and scripting .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server .
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/AI modules).
