We are seeking a Senior Backend / GenAI Engineer for a contractor, hands-on individual contributor lead role. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who remains deeply hands-on in code while also providing technical direction, mentoring, and delivery leadership for engineering squads or workstreams.

The role is approximately 80% hands-on engineering and 20% technical leadership. The successful candidate will design, build, and ship secure,
