: Senior Software Engineer (Coveo)

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience developing integrations with search platforms, PIM solutions, or other related platforms

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in software development, specifically in search deployments or enterprise SaaS.

- Design and deploy Coveo-powered intelligent search, semantic search, and generative AI conversational experiences.

- Strong background in cloud-native systems, headless search patterns, and data connectors/push APIs. Coveo CLI, Push APIs (NodeJS, Python, Java), and REST APIs for custom content ingestion.

- Integrate Coveo Cloud with enterprise systems, commerce platforms, and CMS environments like Salesforce, Sitecore, or AEM.

- Configure indexing, manage query pipelines, and apply machine learning models to improve relevance tuning.

- Build custom search interfaces utilizing Coveo Headless, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.





- Working proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and up-to-date HTML/CSS.

- Query pipelines, machine learning models, semantic search, and large language model (LLM) grounding. Hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform and ecosystem integrations.

- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modelling for search.

Other Specific Requirements

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (ex. XML)

- Knowledge of Java script, JQuery, HTML 5 and CSS

- Familiarity with databases (eg. MongoDB, Oracle); Web Servers (eg. Apache, IIS); UI/UX design
