Role Description We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Engineer who wants to fast-track their career into a Technical Architecture.

The Senior Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and services that power Curated Living Solutions’ technology platforms.

Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, reviewing code from other team members, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability and security. The role involves collaborating closely with operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, as well as integrating third-party APIs and managing data workflows.

The Senior Software

Engineer will also guide junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and participate in continuous improvement of development processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science,



including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful services and API integrations.
- Integrate modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Grok, AI coding assistants) into daily workflows to accelerate delivery and help establish AI-enhanced engineering processes.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
- Experience with modern back-end frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js) and relational/non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate on technical and product decisions.
- Basic understanding of project estimation techniques and an interest in operational cost optimization.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience as a software engineer in full-stack or backend software development.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
- Prior experience of working in a quick-paced start-up environment
