Senior Software Engineer

Experience Required: 4-6 years

Technical Skills

- Core Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (Schema Design &
- Query Optimization), API &

- Cloud &

- Infrastructure:

AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, Secrets Manager), Infrastructure as Code (CDK / Terraform), CI/CD

- Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React / TypeScript

- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cowork, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design and delivery of services, as well as hands-on coding.

- Drive the transition from a modular monolith to microservices; design the multi-tenant provisioning and isolation layer.

- Set technical standards, lead code reviews, and mentor engineers with 23 years of experience.

Soft Skills &

- Leadership

- Ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Robust written communication skills.

- Constructive mentorship and team leadership abilities.

Nice to Have

- Domain knowledge in logistics or fintech (not mandatory).

- Direct experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.

- Prior mentoring or team lead experience.
