We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Actimize solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that enhance our financial crime risk management capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Actimize solutions to support financial crime risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Actimize and software development.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Mandatory Skills:
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Actimize solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
