We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Lead who can take ownership of software projects from planning to delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete development lifecycle and coordinating Developers, Testers/QA, and Business Analysts (BAs).

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with proven team leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of software projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of Developers, Testers/QA, and Business Analysts.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with BAs to ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by the development team.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Assign tasks to developers and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with the QA/testing team to ensure application quality and timely resolution of defects.
- Identify technical challenges, project risks, and dependencies and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for requirements, demonstrations, feedback, and project updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide developers and support the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and project processes.
- Monitor production issues and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.

Technical Skills




- Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js/Express.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
- Valuable knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong database knowledge MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
- Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
- Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices is an advantage.

Leadership & Project Management Skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams comprising Developers, QA/Testers, and BAs.
- Strong task allocation, prioritization, and resource management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
