Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the development team, assign technical tasks, conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Architecture, Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Design scalable and secure application architecture, select suitable technologies, guide the development of web applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions, and manage application deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Product & Project Ownership: Understand business and product requirements, convert them into effective technical solutions, and take ownership of feature development, implementation, and delivery.
- Code Quality, Performance & Security: Establish development standards, ensure clean and maintainable code, identify performance issues, and follow best practices for application quality, scalability, and security.
- Technical Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with the Founder, product, business, and development teams to troubleshoot issues, evaluate new technologies,



and continuously improve Isaii’s products and technical capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Candidates with 2 years of experience in software development, full-stack development, or as a technical lead role are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of web application development, APIs, databases, Git, and software development practices.
- Experience with technologies such as MERN Stack, React, Node.js, Python, or similar modern frameworks is preferred.
- Good understanding of system architecture, database design, deployment, debugging, and application security.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of technical tasks and guide developers effectively.
