Luthra Projects is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor – Piping to supervise and coordinate piping fabrication, erection, installation, testing, and day-to-day site execution activities.

The candidate should have solid field experience in industrial piping projects and be capable of independently managing manpower, subcontractors, site activities, quality requirements, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise piping fabrication, erection, installation, alignment, and testing activities.
- Plan and manage daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and spool drawings .
- Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Engineering, and Project teams .
- Supervise pipe supports, fit-up, alignment, welding-related activities, and installation.




- Coordinate hydro testing and pressure testing of piping systems.
- Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and work permit systems .
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site execution records.
- Support timely completion of work as per project schedules.

Technical Skills Required
- Piping fabrication and erection
- CS, SS & Alloy Steel piping
- Pipe supports and alignment
- Hydro testing & pressure testing
- P&ID; and isometric drawing interpretation
- GA and spool drawing interpretation
- Work permit systems and HSE compliance
- Manpower and subcontractor supervision
- MS Excel and daily progress reporting

Qualification Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 8–12+ years of hands-on site experience in piping projects, preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial Piping environments.
