What You Will Do:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site .
- Monitor site work to ensure adherence to project timelines, drawings, and quality standards.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve on- site challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth execution.




- Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Verify and check the quality of materials delivered and used at the site .
- Support project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, and checklists.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or issues to the project manager promptly.
- Mentor and guide junior supervisor s and site staff to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

- Education: HSC or Graduate (Civil background preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, and site supervision practices.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Ability to handle manpower, contractors, and multiple

site activities efficiently.

- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety norms and building regulations.
