Company Description Sancta Maria Aerocity is the newest campus of Sancta Maria International School in India, located on a 15-acre day and residential school campus in the EduPort of GMR Aerocity, Hyderabad. It is part of the four-and-a-half-decade-old Saint Mary’s Group, a network of schools and colleges founded and led by experienced educators.

The school aims to become an IB Continuum School, expanding to senior grades up to Grade 12, and is currently accepting admissions for its founding cohort (EY1 to Grade 8) for AY 2026–27. Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee all on-site civil and structural engineering activities at the Sancta Maria Aerocity campus in Shamshabad in a full-time capacity. This role includes supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Engineer will manage quality control processes, conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate documentation of project progress. The role will also involve planning daily site activities, monitoring timelines and resource utilization,



and reporting status updates to project leadership to ensure the campus is completed on schedule and to required standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site management skills and experience working on large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust quality control capabilities, including inspection, testing oversight, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge relevant to institutional building design, construction, and verification.
- Candidates should possess a civil engineering background, ideally with experience as Civil Engineers in educational, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and several years of site engineering or project execution experience at a senior level.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with local building codes, proficiency in construction-related software, solid problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
