Role Overview The Senior Site Engineer will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of junior engineers and supervisors, and act as the primary technical point of contact between the site, contractors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation through finishing

- Ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Track project progress against schedule and flag delays or risks early

- Review and verify contractor bills, material consumption, and site measurements.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)





- Minimum 4 years of hands-on site experience in construction/project execution, with at least a year in a senior role

- Solid working knowledge of construction methods, materials, IS codes

- Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)

- Proven experience managing contractors, labor, and multi-trade coordination

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under site pressure

- Good communication skills, both for team management and client/consultant coordination

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
