Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned timeline.
- Check the quality of civil, structural, finishing, and related construction works.
- Review drawings and identify site-level technical issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify delays, quality issues, and technical challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Verify measurements and assist with quantity calculations and contractor bills.




- Coordinate with the project manager and management regarding site progress and requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, approvals, measurements, and work completion.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings.
- Robust site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Good knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site execution.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in construction, residential, villa, or real-estate projects.

Preferred Experience Experience in premium residential projects, luxury villas, high-end construction, and interior finishing works will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,966.18 - ₹30,751.30 per month
