- Need robust resource with ServiceNow with ITOM (5+ years in ServiceNow with (4+ years in ITOM is must))
- Service Mapping,
- Event Management & Integrations.
- Experience or knowledge in AI Ops is must.
Total Experience: 6 to 12 years
Relevant Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow with (4+ years in ITOM is must)
Locations: Primarily Hyderabad if not Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM (Need to be ready with any shift)
