Roles & Responsibilities:

- Automation & AIOps: Design, build, and maintain automation pipelines (PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and integrate AI/ML tools (such as Microsoft Copilot for Security, Azure Monitor AI insights) to drive proactive, self-healing operations.
- Microsoft Cloud & Intune: Architect, manage, and optimize Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for zero-trust & zero-touch device provisioning, policy compliance, and automated software deployment across multi-platform endpoints.
- Identity & Access Management (Entra ID): Ensure high availability and robust security posture for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), managing Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Enterprise Applications, and automated lifecycle management.
- SharePoint & Collaboration Reliability: Oversee the reliability, performance, and monitoring of SharePoint Online,



OneDrive, and M365 collaboration tools, ensuring seamless user experience and data governance.
- Observability & Incident Management: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) to track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets. Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews for operational incidents.

Requirements for the role:

- Experience: 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Systems Engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint Online administration and reliability engineering.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for infrastructure automation and API integrations (Microsoft Graph API).
- AIOps & Observability: Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven operations, anomaly detection, and modern monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Solid understanding of Azure core services, networking, security baselines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep).

Skills/Certifications:

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot for Security or custom AI models for IT operations and incident triage.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Service Reliability Engineering principles (CI/CD, Chaos Engineering, Error Budgeting).
