About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global IT operations, with a focus on ITSM, automation, scalability, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform &

- Architecture :
- Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.
- Define development standards and coding guidelines.
- Support instance upgrades, exclusions, and ATF.

Development &

- Configuration :
- Develop workflows, customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Develop applications using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Script Includes.
- Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalog items, and portals.
- Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection &
- Credentials, and scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement enterprise-level integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub spokes, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Okta, and SSO.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Active Directory.




- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.

Operations &

- Automation :
- Manage releases, upgrades, and deployments.
- Maintain documentation and compliance.
- Drive ITSM automation and process optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with business owners, process owners, and project managers to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with secure coding and ACL strategy.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, configurations, custom applications, and integrations.

Certifications :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Highly Desired.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Highly Desired.

Good to Have :

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.
- Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Okta, and SSO integrations.
