Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Position Type: Full time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6months+ (possibility of contract to hire)

Work Hours: 4:30 pm to 1 am IST

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

POSITION SUMMARY

Experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global IT operations with a focus on automation, scalability, and integration, ITSM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Platform & Architecture
- Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations.
- Define development standards & coding guidelines.
- Support Instance Upgrades, define Exclusions, ATF.
- Development & Configuration
- Build workflows, Customization, Configurations, Integrations.
- Develop custom applications, workflows using Flow Designer and workflow editor, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, script includes.
- Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals.
- Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection and Credentials, scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven track record building enterprise-level integrations.
- Strong hand-on experience in java script.




- Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub spokes
- OAuth 2.0, SAML, Okta and Single Sign-On
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‐party platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Active Directory)

Operations:

- Manage releases, upgrades, deployments
- Maintain documentation and compliance
- Automation:
- Drive ITSM automation and process optimization

REQUIREMENTS

- 6+ years ServiceNow Development

Technical Skills:

- ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub
- JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
- REST/SOAP integrations
- secure coding and ACL strategy
- Certifications: (Highly Desired)
- Certified System Admin (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Good To Have:

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with business owners, process owners, and project managers to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
