Role Description The Senior SEO Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bally. The person in this role will plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies across multiple projects, focusing on organic visibility, traffic growth, and measurable business outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing detailed on-page optimization, managing link-building campaigns, and executing comprehensive SEO audits.

The Senior SEO Executive will collaborate with content,



development, and marketing teams to improve site architecture, page performance, and overall search experience, while aligning efforts with THATWARE®’s advanced AI-driven SEO frameworks. The role also involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and AI-first SEO trends.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in core SEO execution, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO + AEO/GEO + LLM SEO

Hands-on experience with off-page optimization activities, including Link Building and authority growth.

Proficiency in diagnostic and improvement processes such as SEO, AEO Audits and technical issue identification.

Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar).

Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, mobile optimization).

Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Prior experience in a senior or lead SEO role, preferably in an agency or high-growth digital environment.
