We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager who can drive Agile delivery across multiple software and enterprise technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, demos/reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Bugs in Azure DevOps
- Track delivery, blockers, dependencies, risks, and pending decisions
- Coordinate Developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Drive work through Development → QA/UAT → Demo → Approval → Production
- Monitor team capacity, commitments, and delivery progress
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and timely follow-ups
- Support multiple implementation, enhancement, and support projects

What We’re Looking For: ✓ 2–5 years of Scrum/Agile delivery experience





✓ Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC

✓ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira

✓ Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

✓ Good problem-solving, coordination, and facilitation skills

✓ Microsoft technology project experience is an advantage

✓ PSM/CSM certification is a plus

We need someone who doesn’t just run ceremonies — but actively drives execution, removes blockers, and keeps delivery moving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
