Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the development and scientific review of manuscripts, congress abstracts, posters, slide decks, literature reviews, and related communications.

- Provide strategic guidance for publication planning, journal and congress activities, and evidence dissemination.

- Serve as a scientific partner to clients, authors, and cross-functional stakeholders; lead kick-off and scientific alignment discussions.

- Ensure scientific accuracy, data integrity, editorial quality, and compliance with applicable publication and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

- Mentor scientific writers, provide actionable review feedback, and support capability development across the team.

- Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery across concurrent publication programmes.

- Use publication management platforms to support milestone tracking, version control, workflow management, and governance.





- Drive quality improvement, process standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related discipline.

- Relevant experience in scientific writing, publications, medical communications, or medical affairs ( 2 to 5 years).

- Demonstrated experience leading complex scientific deliverables and stakeholder interactions.

- Robust understanding of clinical research, scientific data interpretation, and publication standards.

- Desired experience in HEOR deliverables
