Role:
Looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central and production/BAU support.
Key Skills Required:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – strong hands-on experience
- Foundation Objects, Position Management, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP
- Time Off / Time Management – Time Accounts, Accruals, Holiday Calendars, Eligibility
- L3 / Production / BAU support, Incident Management and RCA
- Enhancements, Change Requests, data corrections and configuration
- Quarterly release activities, regression testing and post-release support
- Experience in Onboarding, Performance & Goals and/or Compensation is preferred
- Good understanding of EC Payroll / Payroll / Benefits integrations and downstream data issues
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination with HR, Payroll, IT and AMS teams
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred
Valuable to Have: Multi-country/EMEA support experience, Compensation implementation/support, ITIL/CAB exposure, mentoring experience.
