? Hiring: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer – Salesforce Experience

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps professional with strong Salesforce ecosystem experience to join our team on a remote basis.

? Role: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer / DevOps Consultant- Salesforce Experience

? Experience: 10–12 Years

? Location: Remote – India

? Engagement: Contract / Full-Time

? Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage source control, build and release pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment automation.
- Implement DevOps processes for Salesforce development and deployments.
- Work with Salesforce metadata, deployment processes, and workplace management.
- Integrate Salesforce with Azure DevOps for automated CI/CD workflows.
- Manage deployment automation across Salesforce environments such as Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Implement automated testing, quality gates, approvals, and rollback strategies.
- Work with Git/GitHub/Azure Repos and branching strategies.
- Configure and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and pipeline issues.




- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and Release Management teams.
- Ensure secure and reliable deployment processes across enterprise environments.

?️ Required Skills

✅ 10–12 years of overall IT experience

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps

✅ Strong experience in CI/CD and DevOps automation

✅ Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and release management

✅ Salesforce metadata and deployment concepts

✅ Git / GitHub / Azure Repos

✅ Azure DevOps Pipelines / YAML

✅ Salesforce CLI (SFDX / SF CLI)

✅ Apex / LWC deployment understanding

✅ Automated testing and quality gates

✅ Release and environment management

✅ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience with Salesforce DX
- Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado / Gearset / Flosum
- Azure cloud services and security concepts
- Infrastructure-as-Code / scripting
- PowerShell / Python / Shell scripting
- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce programs
