Hiring: Senior Sales Manager Microsoft Consulting Practice

WalkingTree Technologies is expanding its Microsoft Consulting Practice and is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across India and the US markets.
This is a leadership role focused on enterprise sales, Microsoft ecosystem partnerships, and large-scale cloud transformation engagements.
Role Overview The selected candidate will lead revenue growth initiatives across:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Power Platform
- Azure Cloud
- AI / Data Engineering
- Microsoft-based Product Engineering Services
The role involves managing enterprise sales cycles, driving Microsoft co-sell motions, and building strategic CXO-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for Microsoft consulting and cloud services
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle (lead generation to closure)
- Lead Microsoft co-sell motions and joint GTM initiatives
- Work closely with Microsoft Partner Managers, PDMs, Azure & D365 specialists
- Collaborate with Delivery and Presales teams to craft tailored solutions
- Build and nurture CXO-level strategic relationships
- Identify new growth opportunities in cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, and modernization
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management
Requirements 15+ years of IT experience with a strong Microsoft consulting sales background
Proven track record of closing large enterprise Microsoft consulting deals
Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, incentives & co-sell models
Experience selling Dynamics 365, Azure, M365, and Power Platform services
