Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager at Venus Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd.

The Senior Sales

Manager will oversee strategic sales planning, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned regions and industry segments. Daily responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting virtual client meetings, and negotiating contracts aligned with company policies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.





The Senior Sales

Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and mentor junior sales team members to support overall sales performance.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and standard office software for documentation and communication.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills in en_US.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams, including setting objectives and supporting performance improvement.
- Solid understanding of industrial products, supply chain considerations, and customer technical requirements; wire or metal industry experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
