Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Sales Marketing Executive with a BBA degree in Marketing. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the financial and advisory services domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, preparing and implementing market plans, and managing client relationships.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns, present solutions to prospective clients,



and track performance against sales and marketing targets. The role also includes preparing reports, participating in business development meetings, and representing the company at relevant industry events when required.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective sales and brand strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- BBA degree in Marketing from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services or professional advisory firms.
- Ability to work with data and CRM tools to monitor pipelines and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable targets.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting to changing market conditions.
