Position: Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager State Head

Location: Hyderabad

Achieve Sales numbers for the state being handled.

Must have field experience in the respective state, good market knowledge / intelligence of the area being handled.

Network expansion - Distributor appointment and management. Monitoring their performance.

Secondary retail network expansion and monitoring.

Achieving Product mix targets for the designated area.

Brand promotion through local activation like Meets,



campaigns, Point of sale promotions etc.

Fiscal management - Manage trade receivables within approved credit policies of the organization.

Team management ensure high team spirit and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical/Automobile or MBA Marketing or both

Experience Required: minimum 15-18 years in distribution driven sales AFTERMARKET SEGMENT. Experience in managing sales and distribution team of 4-5 employees.

Must Have skills:

Knowledge of the geographical area.

Good Communication skills (English and local language).

Team Management

Ability to present to a group and influence.

Positive commercial and analytical skills.

Ability to make cold calls and generate leads.

Good customer relationship management and networking skills.

MS Office proficiency ( Word, Excel and Power Point)
