About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the US market. The person will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation and closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling B2B services to US-based mid-market and enterprise companies, with direct exposure to CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete B2B sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closure.
- Drive individual revenue and sales targets.
- Sell B2B services to US-based mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, solution discussions, commercial negotiations and closing.
- Build relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales activity through CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
- Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling and referrals.
- Research prospects and accounts using AI and sales intelligence tools.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets.

Required Experience & Skills
- 8–12 years of overall B2B direct sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of direct US-market sales experience.
- Proven experience carrying and achieving individual sales quotas/revenue targets.
- Experience selling to US mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Experience engaging with CXOs, founders, VPs and senior decision-makers.
- Strong full-cycle sales experience, including:
- Lead qualification
- Discovery
- Consultative selling
- Objection handling
- Negotiation
- Closing
- Background in B2B services, preferably:
- IT services
- Staffing/recruitment
- SaaS
- Finance/accounting services
- Outsourced/offshore services
- Professional services
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
- Experience using AI tools for prospect research, outreach and sales productivity.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Reliable career history, preferably 2+ years in each organization.

Compensation & Eligibility
- Maximum CTC: ₹30 LPA
- CTC includes 15% variable
- Candidates with current/last CTC below ₹15 LPA will not be considered.
- Maximum notice period: 15 days
- Candidates must be comfortable working 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, Monday–Friday.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
