A Dubai-based NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Mumbai branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading international shipping and logistics organization.

Reports To-Sales Manager / Branch ManagerKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for NVOCC and shipping services.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Handle rate negotiations, quotations, and close deals effectively.
- Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.




- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in NVOCC and shipping industry.
- Strong understanding of sea freight, NVOCC operations, and India trade lanes.
- Established network of clients and industry contacts (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/shipping software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
