Join Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd as a Sales Executive / Assistant Manager.

Location: Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deal Sourcing & Closing: Sell/lease premium commercial office, retail, and industrial spaces to corporate and HNI clients.
- Client Relationships: Propose suitable property options based on client needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Field Execution: Conduct meetings, handle site inspections across Mumbai, and ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Network Building: Build strong ties with property owners, developers, and brokers while tracking data on CRM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Real Estate field is preferred.
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a bike/2-wheeler and hold a valid Driver's License (Mandatory).
- Mobility:



Completely comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements.
