About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across our precast concrete product line and civil contracting services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying commercial and infrastructure opportunities, establishing key relationships with general contractors, structural consultants, and project developers, and positioning our precast and structural solutions for high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and pipeline commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure construction projects requiring precast concrete elements or civil contracting services.
- Interface directly with developers, main contractors, structural engineers, architects, and procurement managers to present technical and cost-efficiency advantages of precast solutions.
- Secure inclusion of company products on Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) and project specifications.

2. Technical Solution Selling & Estimating

- Interpret structural drawings, project specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to determine product suitability and material estimates.
- Work closely with internal engineering, batching, and estimation teams to formulate competitive quotes and technical proposals.
- Conduct value-engineering pitches that highlight time savings, structural durability, and reduced site labor compared to cast-in-place concrete.

3. Key Account Management & Contract Negotiation

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial technical presentation and tender submission through price negotiation and contract closing.
- Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment structures aligned with company margin targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to secure recurring orders and early project involvement.

Site Coordination & Collection Support

- Visit project sites as needed to coordinate mock-ups, delivery schedules, and quality expectations with site engineers.
- Assist in resolving commercial issues and coordinate with finance for timely collection of milestones/receivables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business/Marketing with strong technical aptitude.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of direct B2B sales experience within precast concrete, ready-mix concrete (RMC), heavy building materials, pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), or civil contracting.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural engineering blueprints and structural drawings.
- Solid understanding of concrete grades, precast products (slabs, drains, compound walls, custom structural elements), and civil construction processes.
- Network: Established network of contacts among general contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), structural designers, and real estate developers in the region.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets, value-based selling, and managing contract negotiations.

Preferred Attributes

- Self-starter with solid communication, presentation, and field-negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with regular site visits and local project travel.
- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for sales tracking and presentations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
