Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, identify high-potential enterprise accounts, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities for the Sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B SaaS/technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders through outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research target accounts, prospects, and decision-makers across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Understand prospect business challenges and effectively communicate SignalX.ai's value proposition.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business need, authority, budget, and buying timeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product discussions for Account Executives / Sales Heads.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for enterprise prospects.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Track and report key SDR metrics including calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.
- Continuously experiment with messaging, prospecting channels, and outreach strategies to improve conversion.




- Stay updated on AI, risk intelligence, compliance, due diligence, and B2B SaaS trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Technology sales.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, senior management, procurement, compliance, risk, finance, and business stakeholders.
- Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with CRM and sales intelligence tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Added Advantage Candidates with experience in AI, Risk Intelligence, RegTech, FinTech, Compliance, Due Diligence, Cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or related enterprise technology industries will have an added advantage.

Experience selling to risk, compliance, finance, procurement, legal, or CXO-level stakeholders will also be beneficial.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, persuasive, research-driven, and comfortable with consultative selling. The candidate should be able to independently identify prospects, create meaningful conversations, and convert those conversations into qualified opportunities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
