Sales & Operations Coordinator Manager|

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage sales coordination, customer follow-ups, quotation and proposal preparation, service coordination, vendor/OEM communication, and MIS reporting. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, Engineers, Vendors, Distributors, and OEMs to ensure timely completion of customer requirements and smooth execution of activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily tasks, activities, pending follow-ups, and customer commitments.

· Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, Service Teams, Vendors, Distributors, and OEMs.

· Handle leads, sales enquiries, customer follow-ups, meetings, and product demonstrations.

· Prepare BOQs, quotations, proposals, and verify pricing, taxes, T&C;, and delivery timelines.

· Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing, stock availability, discounts, and delivery.

· Maintain records of quotations, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.

· Prepare Daily/Weekly MIS reports and track team activities and productivity.

· Coordinate service calls, site visits, technical requirements, and engineer assignments.

· Track service complaints and coordinate with OEMs for warranty and technical support.

· Monitor team workload,



support problem resolution, and train/guide team members.

Ensure timely closure of customer requirements and internal activities.

Requirements

· 5 - 12 years of experience in Sales Coordination

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Manage team

· Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Office.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

· Attention to detail in quotations, pricing, documentation, and MIS.

· Experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, Customer Support, or Service Coordination preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
