Senior Executive – Sales (Commercial Vehicles)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Sales to drive commercial vehicle sales, develop new customers, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions.
- Handle the complete sales process from enquiry, quotation, negotiation, booking, and order confirmation to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B, fleet, and commercial customers.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, insurance, RTO, PDI, and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, and customer retention.




- Provide effective after-sales support and resolve customer queries in coordination with service teams.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or Marketing.
- 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive / B2B / Industrial Sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and field-sales skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicle applications, finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Target-oriented with strong business development and customer-handling abilities.
