Job Summary

Apco Hyundai is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team across multiple locations in Malappuram. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new sales leads, handling customer enquiries, conducting follow-ups, arranging vehicle demonstrations, and converting enquiries into vehicle bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through various channels and customer references.
- Handle walk-in customers, phone enquiries, online leads and other sales enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options and offers to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Convert qualified leads into vehicle bookings and sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until delivery.
- Update customer and lead information in the CRM/CRM-related systems.




- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and enquiry conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal teams for vehicle availability, finance, insurance and delivery.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in automobile sales, retail sales, telecalling or customer service are preferred.

Salary & Benefits: Salary and incentives will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.(15k to 45k)
