Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to companies, promoting exhibition participation and sponsorship opportunities, and converting prospects into confirmed participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Contact HR, Admin, Business Development, Marketing and decision-makers of companies.
- Pitch and sell exhibition stalls, branding opportunities and sponsorship packages.
- Explain the benefits of participating in Bharat Expo Hub events.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and participating companies.
- Coordinate with the internal team for stall booking,



branding and client requirements.
- Research target companies and identify potential exhibitors and partners.
- Attend meetings and represent Bharat Expo Hub professionally.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive verbal and written English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and business-to-business sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, media, advertising, HR services or corporate sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
