We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong UiPath experience to join a 2-month offshore engagement. The role will involve designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, BAs, technical teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio, REFramework, Orchestrator, and Object Repository.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable and reliable RPA solutions.
- Develop automations integrating with applications, Excel, PDFs, emails, web applications, and external systems.
- Build solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, OCR, IDP, AI/ML, and related automation technologies.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate UiPath with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve reliability and performance.
- Develop reusable components/custom activities where required.
- Perform unit testing, UAT, QA validation, code reviews, and ensure adherence to UiPath development best practices.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and support solution design and implementation.




- Maintain project documentation including PDD, SDD, user manuals, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
- Support project teams in delivering automation initiatives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay current with UiPath platform advancements and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall experience in software development/RPA.
- 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience is mandatory.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, REFramework, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding.
- Experience with OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI/ML, and related automation technologies.
- Strong programming experience in C#/.NET, VB.NET, Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/API integration.
- Knowledge of scripting technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VBA, VBScript, or Bash is desirable.
- Experience delivering complex RPA/automation projects in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, debugging, and code quality practices.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and working with cross-functional teams.
