We are looking for an experienced RFP/Proposal Manager with 5 years of hands-on experience managing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and bid submissions, preferably with solid experience on U.S. opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the entire RFP process, coordinate multiple teams, manage deadlines, and drive submissions from opportunity through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete RFP/RFQ/RFI response lifecycle.

● Review RFPs and understand requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements, and deadlines.

● Create response plans, timelines, task assignments, compliance matrices, and submission checklists.

● Coordinate with technical, sales, management, and other stakeholders to collect required information.

● Lead proposal writing, editing, formatting, and content coordination.

● Track deliverables and proactively follow up with team members.

● Identify gaps, risks, and missing information before submission.

● Ensure proposals are complete,



compliant, professional, and submitted on time.

● Manage multiple RFPs and deadlines simultaneously.

USA and Australia - RFP & Procurement Experience

Strong knowledge of USA-Australia RFP and procurement processes is required.

Experience working with platforms such as:

● SAM.gov

● GSA eBuy

● Bonfire

● BidNet

● State and local government procurement portals

● Other U.S. government and public-sector procurement platforms

Experience with U.S. government contracting, solicitations, FAR terminology, and government proposals will be a strong advantage.

Required Qualifications

● 5 years of RFP / Proposal / Bid Management experience

● Proven experience managing US - Australia RFPs/proposals

● Strong proposal writing and editing skills

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
