Our client is a fast-growing, technology-led hospitality organization working with hotels and hotel operators in the US.

We are looking for Senior Revenue Associates who can look beyond numbers- someone who can understand demand, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and help turn data into better business decisions.

ROLE

- Hotel Performance – Co-own regional hotel performance with a focus on growth and margins
- Pricing Strategy – Develop and optimize pricing based on competition, seasonality and asset strength
- Forecasting – Build accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Demand Analytics – Analyze demand patterns, user profiles, supply and market trends
- Inventory Management – Optimize inventory allocation across multiple demand channels
- Revenue Opportunities – Identify peak/shoulder-day opportunities and actions to improve profitability
- Data & Analytics – Use MS Excel and/or SQL to mine data,



identify trends and support better decisions

We are Looking for ✔️ Has minimum 1 year of Revenue Management experience in Hospitality

✔️ Has a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Hospitality college in India

✔️ Is comfortable with numbers, data and analytical problem-solving

✔️ Can break complex problems into smaller, solvable challenges

✔️ Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✔️ Has a robust appetite for learning, growth and impact

✔️ Wants to build a career at the intersection of Hospitality + Technology + Analytics
