Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication systems.
- Experience with LTE and 5G cellular technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RF measurements such as EVM, ACLR, VSWR, S-Parameters, and TRP.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming.
- Experience with RF test automation and validation.
- Familiarity with RF lab equipment and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data processing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RF test automation solutions using Python and C++.
- Validate and optimize RF system-level performance for wireless devices.
- Execute RF testing and analyze performance data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product validation activities.
- Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification for RF-related issues.
- Support manufacturing and product validation efforts through automation and data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with LTE/5G performance and quality requirements.
