Role Description The Senior Research Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will design, plan, and execute experiments related to API development, process optimization, and scale-up, following established protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting experimental procedures and results, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality, production, and regulatory affairs.

The Senior Research

Associate will also support troubleshooting in the laboratory,



ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and new product development.

Qualifications

- Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or related discipline, with experience in API research and development.
- Proficiency in experimental design, lab techniques, and data analysis using relevant scientific tools and software.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, protocols, and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; prior industry experience in R&D; is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, laboratory-based workplace with evolving project priorities.
