- Coordination and Collaboration Liaison with Hiring Manager to understand the job requirement and initiate hiring process.
Collaborate with vendors to source relevant profiles and share with business for review.
Facilitate the interview process end to end till candidate selection
Work with vendor on joining date and get the required documents for on boarding process.
Upload the documents in internal tool and initiate joining process followed by employee ID creation.
Responsible for on-boarding of the candidate and provide a seamless joining experience.
Collaborate with Workplace solutions and IT Team to provide laptop to the employee.
Work closely across teams to provide monthly joiner data and ensure data hygiene in system updates.
Work on sourcing for all support roles which is key performance indicator.
Responsible in managing key employee data which has core financial impact to the organization.
Responsible for off boarding of the outgoing employee and work with vendor and internal teams to ensure seamless exit.
Responsible for managing the lifecycle of an outsourced employee
Data Management:
Manage MIS reports and provide weekly updates.
Provide daily reports for critical hiring needs
Job Requirements : Graduation Degree/Master Degree in Business Administration
- 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or sourcing roles.
- Solid understanding of vendor management principles and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients (hiring managers) and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Skilled in MS Office
- Team player & skilled in stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive initiatives and lead engagements
