We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.

? Experience: 2–4 Years

? Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

? Location: Bangalore – BTM 2nd Stage

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful closures
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closures
- Achieve recruitment targets and TAT

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of IT/Technical Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Client and candidate coordination
